REFUND - RETURN - REPLACEMENT POLICY:

DAMAGED:

If your item is delivered damaged due to shipping, you may choose a full refund including shipping charges OR you may choose to have the item replaced with no charge for shipping.  All items claiming damage MUST BE RETURNED within 5 BUSINESS DAYS after receipt in order to receive refund or replacement. (See Refund and Return form for additional instructions)

NON-DELIVERY or DELIVERY OF WRONG ITEM:

If you fail to receive delivery of your purchase OR you receive the wrong item (our error) you may cancel the order and receive a FULL refund including shipping charges OR You may also choose to have the (correct) item resent FREE of shipping charges.  You will receive your refund or the item will be resent (your choice) within 10 days after tracking results confirm non-delivery status.  If you receive the wrong item, you must return it within 5 BUSINESS DAYS after receipt to receive refund or replacement.  Shipping charges for these returns will be pre-paid by africanartinamerica.com. NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

DID YOU ORDER THE WRONG ITEM BY MISTAKE? 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it, at your expense, within 14 BUSINESS DAYS for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.

If you find that you have ordered the wrong item, you may return it, at your expense, for full refund less shipping charges Or you may return it, at your expense and reorder the correct item.  RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS.   If you choose to replace your order, you will be issued a credit for the amount of the returned item, less shipping costs and you must pay the difference, if any, and shipping costs.  If the newly ordered item costs less than the returned item, you will be issued a credit toward your next purchase. SUMMARY OF RETURN SHIPPING COST PAYMENTS:

In cases of Dissatisfaction or Customer ordering wrong item, customer will pay return shipping costs and replacement shipping costs.
