Q I don't have a credit card. Can I still place an order?

A Yes, you can. There are two (3) options:

Pay-Pal (online), Money order (mail-in) or eLayaway. Orders paid with a Money Order may take an additional 7 days longer to process. Confirmation Notification of receipt via USPS or email. See Ordering, Payment and Tracking Options page for additional instructions for all three (3) options.

Q Can I fax my order in?

A No, you cannot, but

If you choose the option of paying by Money Order, you can mail in a completed order form and your Money order.

Q When can I expect my order to arrive?

A If paying by credit card or Pay-Pal, you should receive your order in approximately 8-12 days. If you mail -in your order add 5-6 days, unless otherwise See Shipping Information page for additional information.

Q Who pays for returning an item?

A It depends on the reason the item is being returned. If:

Damaged during shipping, or wrong item shipped (our error) we will send a pre-paid shipping label & instructions
You ordered the wrong item or changed your mind; you are RESPONSIBLE for shipping fees and method.

NOTE: NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROCESSED UNTIL RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED AND REASON FOR RETURN IS VERIFIED. See Refund Policy page.

Q      Can I get my print framed?
A      Yes.    Please visit the Main Frame Shoppe. All the information regarding Framing will be found there.
Q      I got my print, now I want it framed. Can you do it for me?

A      We apologize, but the framing option is only available at the time of purchase. We do suggest, however, that you locate a local framer in your area, to do it professionally.

Q      I received this as a gift. Can I return it for refund or replacement?

A      We're sorry, but no. Refunds, returns and replacements can only be initiated by the person billed.

We suggest you contact that person and they, in turn, can submit the appropriate form. SeeRefund Policy page.

Q      Can I track my order online?
A      Yes, using your confirmation number, you can track the processing and shipment status of your order. See Tracking page for further information and instructions.

Q      What if I don't want credit towards my next order?

A      Email us at support@africanartinamerica.com and we'll try to accomodate you.

Q      What if my order is back-ordered?

A       We try to refrain from back-ordering items. If by chance your item is backordered you will be notified and given options to choose from. And if, for some reason, shipping is delayed,  you will be notified by email. You may choose at that time to accept the new ship date or cancel your order.
