Please keep in mind that all of these African Art pieces are made and decorated, by hand, one at a time, most from wood and other natural materials.  By the very nature of these materials, the creativeness and human handling, there will be minor differencess in the grain, coloring and appearance of the finished product, from expansion and contraction, due to moisture and temperature differences.  Flaws are a natural part of this artwork.  These differences add to the uniqueness and general worth of the piece.  No two (2) pieces will be identical.  THEREFORE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED SOLELY FOR THOSE REASONS THAT MAKE IT UNIQUE.
